Keep the post useful on its own

- The group post should include at least one practical tip or question.
Respect the admin's voice
- Use the admin's preferred cadence, tone, and rules.
- Remove branding if that makes the resource feel more natural for the group.
Avoid sensitive claims
- Do not diagnose, treat, promise outcomes, or ask members to reveal private health details.
- Invite general discussion, not personal data collection.
Make opt-in clear
- Resources are available if someone chooses to open or print them.
- No follow-up messages unless someone contacts Daily Care Circle directly.
